Outlook Ministry provides online support groups
for those choosing to purchase materials and use in our groups. Members
are responsible for locating and having the materials on hand by the
start of the new session. For more information on what materials you
will need click here.

a one year commitment. This includes registering for Outlook Groups for 4
sessions (One Year). This group is taking registrations for July 2009 the

Each
Group will have a features Bible Study - Members will need to have the
Bible Study on hand at the start of the session. Please order early. You
can pick your materials up at your local bookstore, order online or order
them here when you register. The Reading Assignments Sheets below tells
you what week number your group is completing each week.

FOOD PLAN TRACKING METHOD |
|
|
MEMBER'S GUIDE AND FOOD TRACKING METHODS: Members may choose to use
any First Place or First Place 4 Health Program Guides in our groups. You
can also choose to use any food plan taught within the materials. Many of
our members are Weight Watchers® members and may choose to use that
tracking method to blend their Weight Watchers® weight management success
with the balance taught in the First Place or First Place 4 Health Program
Guides. Keep in mind we DO NOT TEACH THE Weight Watchers® FOOD PLAN. We do
ask our Weight Watchers® members to record what they eat and the amounts
but just use their Points® as their personal tracking method. If you are
on a Doctor's Prescribed Diet that would take priority over the food plan
taught within the materials.
The information is provided for informational and educational proposes
only. You should consult your physician before beginning any
weight-management program.

this or any other weight-management program, you should consult your

your participation in the program including, but not limited to, heart

Small Group Registration Information
Early Registration $20 if received by the 25th of the previous month,
after the 25th the fee is $25.
This covers a full 3 month session.
NEW!! GROUP-Q (MAY-JUN) is
featuring the HEALTHY SUMMER LIVING Bible Study and is a 2-MONTH GROUP
with the registration fee of $15.00
if received by the 25th of the previous month, after the 25th the fee is
$25
Plus the cost
of materials.
Everyone needs to send a
registration fee. You are welcome to order your materials where ever you
wish.
Please make sure you have
your materials on hand before the new session begins.
