FIRST PLACE OUTLOOK GROUPS:

Members choose to purchase and use the First Place materials in an online support group. Outlook Ministry is an Online First Place Ministry. This is a wonderful opportunity if you have no local group to attend and would like to be a part of a First Place group. Members are encouraged to follow the 9 commitments of First Place while following the program at home on their own. Outlook provides the much needed accountability and encouragement needed while choosing the First Place program. Members participate in small groups of 10-20 with 2-4 co-leaders. The group member follows the commitments of First Place. The group is here to encourage you through interaction with others doing the same thing you are doing. Outlook provides accountability through turning in your CR and your current weight on a weekly basis. Members have the opportunity to ask questions to your leaders and others in the group through email and a special message board set up for your small group. You are provided with an assignment sheet to follow along with the group or to be used at your own pace. Members also have the opportunity to follow the featured Bible Study as the group or do a different one at your own pace.

Regional Teams

We are working on a network of leaders so our leaders have the very best support in leading as well as personal support. Outlook is adding Regional Directors and Regional Associate Directors. The main goal of the Regional Directors will be connecting the Outlook Leaders in their time zone. The Regional Director will be personally reviewing the submitted weekly reports and replying with a detailed response. The Regional Directors will be hosting scheduled CHAT sessions to help our leaders stay connected. These CHAT sessions will be covering leadership topics and are designed to build a TEAM spirit among our Leaders.

Outlook Ministry provides online support groups called Outlook Groups.

In the FIRST PLACE OUTLOOK GROUPS members choose to purchase the First Place materials and use in an on-line support group.
