Welcome! We are so glad you are here. Outlook Ministry has been providing online support groups since 2001. The success of our groups are primarily the result of the Outlook Leaders' support and personal interaction. The time spent  on a daily basis with the others in your small group plays another huge part of the support members receive here. Many times members will tell me that they receive more support in Outlook than in local groups they attended. I would like to think this approach is good for everyone, but some need that face-to-face meeting. Outlook members have the opportunity to connect with others once a week, daily or even several times a day depending on the member's personality and schedule. We live in a very busy time, and many of us a very unhealthy, unbalanced lifestyle. Outlook is a great place to receive support in just doing the next right thing. That is developing a lifestyle of many more right things. Weight is s symptom of the lifestyle we are living. To reach and maintain a healthy body weight, we need encouragement from others to help us know we are making wise choices most days.  So I am challenging you to come join along side us here, create a new lifestyle and let us share in your life story!

We begin new Outlook Groups each month on the first Monday of the month, and the session ends on the last Monday of the third month. The deadline to register is the last day of the previous month. Registered members receive a start up email one day before the session begins with login info, a group roster and a small group reading assignment sheet to follow along with their small group.
